Terms of service

These terms cover buying from Amy&Co. By placing an order you agree to them. ## Prices and payment All prices are in Ghana Cedis and include any applicable taxes. Delivery is charged separately and is confirmed by our rider or courier on delivery. An order is not confirmed until payment has been received and verified. Placing an order does not by itself reserve stock. We check every price against our records when an order is placed. If a price was shown incorrectly, we will contact you before taking payment rather than charging the wrong amount. ## Stock Some of what we sell is in stock in Accra. The rest is available to pre-order and is brought in to order. Every product says which it is. Stock can sell out between you adding something to your basket and paying, and we re-check availability at the moment your order is placed. ## Pre-orders A pre-order reserves an item on a stated shipment in return for a deposit, with the balance payable once the item has arrived in Ghana. Arrival windows are estimates and may shift with shipping and customs. Our cancellation and refund terms for pre-orders are set out in the Refund Policy. ## Delivery We deliver throughout Ghana. Timings given are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on the courier and on your location. Please give an address and phone number where someone can receive the order. ## Returns Set out in full in our Refund Policy. In short: 7 days, free returns, sealed fragrance excepted. ## Your account If you create an account, keep your password to yourself.
