Delivery

We deliver throughout Ghana. ## Within Accra Orders go out by dispatch rider, usually within 1-2 working days of your order being confirmed. ## Elsewhere in Ghana Orders travel by courier, usually arriving within 3-5 working days. ## Delivery charges The delivery charge depends on where you are. Our rider or courier will confirm the amount for your location and collect it on delivery, so nothing for delivery is added to your order total at checkout. ## Pre-orders A pre-ordered item is delivered after it has arrived in Ghana and the balance has been paid. The expected arrival window is stated on every pre-order product page, and we email you when your shipment lands. Arrival windows are estimates. Shipping and customs can move them. We tell you if that happens rather than letting the date pass in silence. ## Tracking Every order has a tracking page. Use the order number we email you, or sign in and open it from your account.
